A Millionaire mind for MLM success

I received a lot of response to a past post about T. Harv Eker. A lot of you asked what I meant about the Millionaire Mind Intensive being pretty heavy. So, I have posted a video by T Harv Eker explaining in his own words what the Millionaire Mind Intensive is all about. The reason I call it heavy is because I have been to many seminars over the years and although many are informative and educational and somewhat motivating, few leave a lasting impression that will have you thinking days and weeks later about what you learned.  Maybe experienced is a better word than learned. But, if you ever get to attend a MMI you will learn more about yourself than about actual money or millionaires. Money issues good…

Millionaire Mind for Network Marketers

Business, Economy, Leadership, MLM, Network Marketing, Reading, Self Improvement, Success, T Harv Eker, Training, Work From Home
I was just re-reading a report by T. Harv Eker it makes a huge difference in business because it makes a huge difference in thinking. Years ago I read Harv's book, "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" and shortly thereafter took a team to California to attend a three day weekend in his Millionaire Mind Intensive. It was pretty heavy stuff . He helped people take a look at how their inner thinking had designed their outer world. This is not a pleasant task for a lot of people and many did not complete the weekend experience. As I have pointed out many times here, our inner picture of ourselves and how the world works is on display in our day to day life and environment. ON A LIGHTER NOTE What…

Joe Sugarman, Triggers and Your Network Marketing Success

What can you learn from my childhood hero and mentor through his books? If you are in direct sales or building a MLM or network marketing business you could learn a lot. As a young person, I was not impressed so much by Joseph Sugarman himself, it was his products that he offered in print advertising that I was interested in. Years later when I started studying sales and marketing I learned about the man behind the products and the advertising that had me salivating to buy. The first book I read written by Joe was "Success Forces". In that book I was able to get into the head of a certified marketing genius. More importantly, Joe shared the ups and downs of building a highly successful marketing business. It…

The Magic of Believing and Network Marketing Success

Business, Home Based Business, Leadership, MLM, Network Marketing, Reading, Self Improvement, Success, Work From Home
As I finished reading "The Magic of Thinking Believing", I was reminded of once declaring to a multi-million dollar earning upline some years ago of my big goals for the year. I was actually chasing him down as he was walking out of the room to share it with him. He stopped, turned and looked at me and quoted from Napoleon Hill's classic, "Think and Grow Rich". He said to me "whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe it can achieve". Now even if you have never read Think and Grow Rich you have probably heard that saying if you have spent any time at all around network marketers or direct sellers. I thought I had just received one of those encouraging, celebrity pat responses. Then it became…

Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing Education and Motivation

Business, Economy, Home Based Business, MLM, Network Marketing, Reading, Self Improvement, Success, Work From Home
I had been working in network marketing for some years when Robert Kiyosaki's best-selling book "Rich Dad, Poor" hit the scene in 2000. However, the book was self published in the year 1997, the same year I started in network marketing.  It was an instant success once people started reading the book and remains in the top of many best-selling books lists today. The subtitle of this book tells it all "What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money--That the Poor and the Middle Class Do Not!" The book received much praise but was not without criticism. The teachings in this book go against what most people in America were raised to believe. Going against 19th century thinking was uncomfortable for many. I personally introduced the book to close friends…
