During a complete loss of my vision, I was introduced to text reading on my cell phone. I use Android but Apple products using Siri commands have the same capability. For long text or reading entire web pages, this is not only only convenient but also spares stress on your eyes.

The biggest benefit for me is when driving, I can be more productive listening to information that I can use immediately or in the near future. When you get really busy in full business building mode, every bit of time saved is time earned. Time hacks are your most valuable assets since time can never be regained. This is especially important in the beginning of team building before we can enroll and train enough others so that we will start enjoying the fruits of our labor when the leverage of over rides starts to take place.
